A few days before I came to TN, Heather texted me and said she had won tickets to the University of TN's opening football game and asked if I'd want to go to that. DUH! But before the game, we spent the morning exploring downtown Knoxville. For whatever reason, I had low expectations for Knoxville, but I LOVED it!
Knoxville is a fairly small city but I just loved it. I loved Market Square with all of the restaurants and little stores, I loved how dog friendly it was, and it was also a very clean city. We didn't have too much time to explore, so I would definitely like to go back and see more of Knoxville! I have a post coming up at a later date reviewing the amazing Cafe4 where we had lunch.
I LOVE the south. the music, the culture--it's so amazing. I've always wanted to go to knoxville!
